Dunkin' - Chestertown

New location very clean my coffee was great thank Dunkin? people

I haven't visited a Dunkin' Donuts in a while, but I recently had breakfast sandwiches there. The prices were reasonable, and the sandwiches were delicious. I appreciate that Dunkin' provides calorie information for all their menu items. Although, that might make it harder to justify ordering a dozen donuts to take home!

Not the best experience. My Charli cold foam came without any cold foam, and when I mentioned it, I was asked if I wanted it made with cold foam—of course, that’s what the drink is called! Instead, I ended up with just iced coffee and caramel. I also ordered hash browns, but they were all squished together in the bag, resulting in one big mushy hash brown instead of separate pieces.

I absolutely love Dunkin'! They nearly always get my complicated drink just right! Plus, their donuts are amazing—I won't buy donuts from anywhere else!

Awful. We stood at the counter while two employees worked the drive thru thinking eventually they would acknowledge us. After 5 or 6 minutes I asked if there was someone who could take our order. One of the employees responded that they need to serve everyone in the drive thru before they can help us. In other words, as long as cars kept entering their drive thru, they would keep ignoring us. When I said they could have told us that 5 minutes earlier and we would have hopped into the drive thru, I got a snide remark back. The worst part was explaining to my 10 year old why they treated us like that when he asked as we were leaving.
