This is a great place to take our children to practice dining out. The pizza is delicious, there is a good selection of beer on tap for the adults, and the restaurant is very child-friendly. It does appear that they are understaffed, but this seems to be a common issue everywhere. Despite this, our food arrived quickly, which was a pleasant surprise considering the staffing situation.
This is a great family restaurant with delicious hot rolls before the meal. Although the dinner was not warm initially and had to be sent back to be reheated, it was fine afterwards. The food is consistently good and reasonably priced, with the added bonus of ample parking available.
We arrived at the restaurant at our scheduled reservation time. The waitress promptly took our order, but after receiving our food, we had trouble flagging her down when needed. The service was lacking as we had to search for the waitress multiple times. The quality of my lasagna was disappointing as the restaurant altered its recipe for the worse. However, my friend enjoyed their chicken piccata. Luckily, we were able to use a 20% off coupon to soften the blow of the subpar experience.
We used to like this restaurant, but it 's not the same. The food quality has diminished, and they were out of the first three things we ordered. (How can an Italian restaurant be out of meatballs AND lasagna at 7pm? The staff blamed the virus and heavy takeout orders. We think it 's just poor supply management as one of the waitstaff let slip that this happens often and we should come earlier. We received gift certificates recently from friends. So we 'll have to return for another try to see if things improve.
