Shake Shack Chestnut Hill

The Korean fried chicken was nasty. Chewy, hard, and bit into cartilage multiple times. Spicy fries were good! Stick to burgers and regular fried chicken.

Food was good ,could have been hotter when delivered to table,arrived warm at best and lukewarm fries ?

Got takeout from here tonight with my friend. Very very disappointed. We usually have great food and at least okay service here but we had terrible service and bad food this time. We placed kiosk orders and the screen said we would receive texts when it’s ready. We waited for a half hour and never got a text, our order called or anyone bring our food to us. It turned out our food was ready for minutes and we never knew. Very bad customer service, it truly seems like the employees don’t care about providing a good experience to customers, even with their high prices. I’ve had better service at Walmart!! Oh and I didn’t even get to the food yet. I got a cheeseburger, chicken sandwich, fries and a shake and can confidently say the shake was the best part. It’s ridiculous, McDonald’s has genuinely better food and service than here and it’s half the price. Not coming back here for a while.

The food was solid. However, the saucing on the Korean BBQ burger was on one side, so it was half bland until I got to the end of the burger (slight knock). There is no option for no ice drinks. I had to have them remake it. The service was very quick, emptying a dozen or more orders in less time than I imagined maybe 5 minutes. Fries were barely salted.
