Starbucks - CHESTNUT HILL

I spilled my coffee everywhere as soon as I left the load and they honored me to make a new one. Maybe not especially invite for this, but the girl was so nice about it.

The barist Chip is the worst employee ever , i wanted to order two drinks, and he wasn't patient and he was just shaking his head. I was looking at the app to scan my qr code for rewards and he immediately refused to do so with an attitude. He shouldn't be working if he treats customers like an attitude

No chairs or tables in the seating area. It's a Starbucks inside the star market like you'd find in a target. Probably fine to grab something to go, but if you want to stop somewhere to get some work done, this is not the Starbucks for you. Go to Blue Bottle Coffee next door for the sit down cafe experience.

Never been a fan of starbucks.... why 5 stars you ask? Can't knock the hustle people love this place

Shiela is the bad staff overthere with bad attitude,always show her unprofessional demeanor to customers!My friend ordered coffee and asked for milk since they posted not to put condiment out unless asked and Shiela told her she would charge for it. What kind of service it is?!??Today I saw her tried to carry boxes so I stopped and gave her way but she let me go first with moody tone and gossiped about it to another customer,really ?She did not even realize that I gave her way so she didn’t have to carry heavy stuff that long. Not even said thank you but also showed attitude and talked bad about me.
