American Natural Harmar - Cheswick

This place has an incredibly limited selection. I've been working just five minutes away from this gas station, and they're out of ice 90% of the time. Their sandwich prices are absurd, and there are only three coffee options available for self-service. I've often had to go out of my way to a Sheetz because this place is just that disappointing. Also, the card machines at the checkout are unreliable.

The gas pumps are often out of order. I've experienced this at least ten times over the past year. What’s the point of having a loyalty number if I can’t use it at the pump?

The restroom appeared to be clean, and the food looked appealing from afar, although we didn't order anything. However, we were quite disappointed when we tried to use our loyalty numbers, as they were disabled at three different pumps. When we inquired at the counter, the staff informed us that they were resetting the system and it would take another 10 minutes before we could use our loyalty number to pump gas. We ultimately decided to go to Sheetz instead.

I stop in often for the wonderful food here. they have amazing selections of freshly made products. I must add that the staff is really great. Tiffany who made my sandwich this morning is so kind, and makes me smile. People who say money cant buy happiness should just try to purchase food here and see what happens.

We have food allergies in our family and often go to the counter to ask about gluten free options. Many times the menu is limited and when using the kiosk it just causes confusion.... Staff is apparently bothered by this and extremely rude. It is very disappointing because, when available, the gluten free options are delicious! This would be a great place to meet for lunch! Unfortunately, because of the customer service we will be taking a break and are unable to give a good recommendation at this time.
