I'm not going to this Carls Jr., which is often because every time I go, I have a bad experience. The food looks rough and the service is not great. Came to this Carls Jr. No line was not busy went about 3pm. Had my order and when I came home and opened it my chicken sandwich was burned in Mayo chicken, famous star did not look like a famous star and the western burger meat looked like it was old (grey in color) barf! I called her and the guy said he'd destroy it, but I don't have time to go back and ask for a refund. The guy hung on me! Customer service was that? Imagine if I had him to remake it, he would probably have done something with the food! If you don't want a call back, you'll make the food right. I can't believe that they make customers look rough and unimaginable! I threw everything away and will never go back to this Carls Jr. Rude workers who do not care about their customers and obviously do not pay attention to how the present is eating. You should just turn off these, because from all the reviews it looks like it's going in that direction. Or if something changes management and crew, and maybe there's a way to survive.
They have signs that day if you download their app, you 'll get a free sandwich. When you download the app and show the person at the counter, they won 't give you the free sandwich advertised. Their claim: (they) don 't know how it works. Also, the burger I did get made me sick for the rest of the day. I would not come back here at all, even if they gave me a coupon for a free sandwich.
Employee Janet refused to listen when I tried to tell her that my shake was all liquid.she said she had never served a shake. I have the receipt with her name on it. I then said this wasn’t worth the $3.89 cents, and that I wanted corporate office number and names. She refused to give me that information and that she was going to call the police for harassment.
It would be nice if we could out 0 stars this place used to have decent employees and good food I went through drive through with my 13 yr old son when asked if they could help we order everything wrapped in lettuce well apparently this is a problem for the manager Diana I had to ask if she was there.. she responded short and nasty with “I heard you” Now they are not at this point going to make my food without me watching I go inside with my son we are hungry and I walk I. To ask for manager to let manager know they have someone ride in window to my surprise that is manager looking more like she just got done doing a tune up on a car then preparing peoples food What a joke this place has quickly become THIS is what sets the examples for new employees? I love to give good reviews and tell people when they are doing a good job This time it is not the case I tried to report the incident as well and no one from Carl’s Jr. seems to care at all how professionals are being treated in Cheyenne Wy. They must not care that there management comes to work dirty and apparently hates their jobs When I confronted Diana about how she treated us she asked us me and my child to leave the store. First time in my life but absolutely ok with it. If you’re going through the drive through you need to go inside and see who is handling your food.
