Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Cheyenne

Jason has the best customer service skills!! It was a joy to come in last night and receive the best service from him along with the great food you always provide. He is a keeper!!

I'm moving in July back to southern Indiana right at Louisville KY line. I'm going to miss this place a lot. What can we do to get a store there? And def will miss Jason and his awesome customer service skills.

Out of all the Dickey's I have eaten at this one has the best brisket. Tender and moist. I would definitely stop in again next time I am in Cheyenne.

My family loves Dickey's and appreciates their business practices. I can't say enough good things about the Cheyenne location. My son has a rare form of dairy allergy (FPIES). Many places in Cheyenne blow us off or tell us that their products or food are dairy free, only for my son to get sick and have a reaction about an hour later. However, from day 1 walking into Dickey's, all I've asked is for the roll to be placed on a different tray because my son has an allergy and can't have the butter on the roll touch his food. That's all I've needed to say... workers have asked about the allergy, always change into new gloves before handling his food, and have even made calls to verify certain ingredients in their food. I've never asked for any of these things to be done, yet every time, without fail, the employees have taken amazing care of us and offered any assistance they could. WE APPRECIATE THIS SO MUCH!!! Thank you for giving my family a safe place where we can all enjoy a meal together. On another note, Dickey's brisket and pulled pork is some of the only meat my kids love and will hog out on. We are quickly becoming regulars!! Thank you!!!

First time there and had ribs,cedar salad and green beans.It was very good and will be seeing you again.
