Rodolfo's Mexican Grill - Cheyenne

This place has the worst costumer service I've ever experienced! I agree with the other reviews. If I could give a zero for my experience I would.

Obviously the former owner, a gracious kind man named Louis, had sold out what used to be a 5-star Mexican family style restaurant. Gone are the fresh cooked crispy tacos, service with a smile, quality chips with cheese, and outstanding chili rellenos. What happened to this formerly wonderful restaurant?

Terrible customer service.had to repeat my order 3 different times,it was literally 2 unaltered items, and they still tried to charge me the completely wrong price at the window. Surprisingly i got what i ordered but it was gross. An uncut quesadilla and the cheese wasnt even melted. No thanks,never again.

Went through the drive through. sat there forever. then finally an employee took my card card to pay, and then came back 15 mins later and gave us our food but never the card back. and stated he gave the card back. but we never received the card. He never gave us a receipt. and when i went to check my bank statements, they never charged the card. Never will be going back again. I went back inside to talk to them and he told us they gave it back but never got it back.

Is a very good food,just they need to fix the building.I can see that they try to cook good food but building needs improvements owner!
