That was one of my favorite dinners in Chiang Rai. It was simply delicious, with a beautiful open atmosphere and friendly staff.

This is Northern Style Noodle. It is thick soup included blood and meat with bean prous. Choose between pork or bovine soup. Normal court is 35 THB and great court is 40THB. Eat with pimples and smoked dried chilli flakes. Drinking water is free (self-service or you can order drinks from the café nearby. They also serve sticky rice cooked in pork blood (15THB, which try another authentic Nordic type dish. They close at 3 pm, but usually sold before the (approx. 2pm.

Great authentic northern Thai food. Mordin means clay pots, the traditional way of cooking the menu
