Dunkin' - Chicago Heights

I placed a pre-order for four dozen donuts and two boxes of coffee the day prior to a meeting I had scheduled for the next day. Unfortunately, not only was my order not ready when I requested it, but I also received only three dozen donuts instead of four. I didn't notice the missing dozen until I was at my meeting. I returned later to get a refund. This is the second time I’ve pre-ordered from Dunkin’ Donuts and had issues with my order.

The morning crew rocks, but the staff working in the afternoon have no idea how to read customized coffee orders (2 sugars means 2 sugars, not half the cup to where it's undrinkable) and don't fill the cup all the way. Go to a different Dunkin if it's after11 am

Definitely the place to go if you like half cooked bacon and partially toasted bagels

I really enjoy this Dunkin' Donuts. The staff and the manager are incredibly friendly, and they all provide excellent customer service. This is my go-to location!

Typically a great place to eat. The location is well-managed, and the staff is polite. I usually visit daily – maybe I should consider investing in some stock! Haha.
