Amigos On Madison - Chicago

I made a reservation through OpenTable, only to find that the restaurant was closed upon arrival. I couldn't find any way to notify OpenTable to remove this restaurant from their listings, which was incredibly frustrating. We struggled to find another place to eat during the Independence Day weekend. Just a heads up for others!

I made reservations a few weeks ago and arrived today to find that Amigos restaurant is closed! What a frustrating experience! Finding a restaurant that can accommodate a table for seven in downtown Chicago near Millennium Park at 5:30 PM on a Saturday night—especially on Mother’s Day weekend—isn't easy! I even received a confirmation text from OpenTable just yesterday. It’s so disappointing to be visiting Chicago only to find that my dinner reservation was nonexistent because the restaurant has closed. OpenTable really needs to address this issue immediately!

We arrived for our reservation, but the restaurant was closed and seemed to be out of business.

Food was all great and the environment was great! We enjoyed ourselves.

Great and friendly staff. The food is very good with a huge selection of offerings. The decorations are wonderful, whimsical and inviting.
