Bacino's On Wacker - Chicago

Love this spot! Great chicago pizza. Apparently they're moving locations but will be back open in November!

We arrived five minutes before our reservation and weren’t acknowledged until 15 minutes AFTER our reservation time. The hostess was very rude and didn’t give us and ETA. She just said “okay”. I had to flag her down and ask what was going on with our table. She responded with “sir you have only been waiting for 15 minutes”. At that point we walked out. We will never return to this restaurant.

Exquisite food in a gorgeous old building. It was fun to look around at the fixtures and beautiful wood touches. Having said that, once seated with drinks....we were asked to move to a different table because of a big party coming in. Poor planning is not our fault! Our salads came out AFTER our entrees, one salad was forgotten, and one was wrong. Yes, they were very busy on a Saturday evening but we made our reservation for 5:00, hoping to miss some of the rush. Because the deep dish was so divine...we will consider coming again while in Chicago.

This is an adorable place!!! We randomly picked this restaurant based off of our hotel’s recommendation and we were very happy!! Meatballs were good but a tad too spicy and the veal was fabulous!!!
