Benny's Chop House - Chicago

I'll never go back. it was so disappointing. the service was bad. the waiter was uninterested. the wrong food came out. the second time was a steak cold and one was raw. the sides must be rushed because of the original compounding. they were not cooked. never ate, had to go and go to another place to dinner.

Benny was always a place for us. the staff, the owners and the managers were the best. great eating always. we will miss them!

Was a great experience, would recommend friends and family. would not recommend people I don't like.

Service was a little slow. I like to be greeted and at least have my drink order taken within the first few minutes. This was not the case this time at Benny's. Food was on par with the other steakhouses around town. It's a shame they are closing on Saturday.
