Bob’s Pizza Pilsen - Chicago

A big shout-out to the friendly guy at the front counter who was baking pies on Tuesday afternoon—he really went the extra mile to ensure everything was just right!

We were in the mood for some new pizza, so we decided to try Bob's. It was quite good and really satisfying.

We really enjoy Bob's Pizza. The crust is fresh, flavorful, and made in-house with just a few ingredients, including beer. The pizza sauce is rich and delicious, paired with a unique and tasty cheese. Everyone should come and try their pizzas. While individual tastes may vary, you can't go wrong with well-prepared, cooked dishes made from fresh ingredients, and Bob's delivers on that front. They also offer fantastic specials, including more coupons and half-price Happy Hours than many other places. We particularly liked their thin-crust pizza, which has a super crispy New York-style base while still being soft and chewy. The menu is simple, featuring only a few items, but you can tell they really care about quality.
