Caribbean Jerk Palace - Chicago

So today September 5 2023… I walked in and placed my order for a jerk nacho. However I get home to eat my food it’s shrimps mixed in with the nacho and chicken….. What if I was a person that’s allergic to shrimp luckily I’m not but what if??? This is crazy. I’ve never had problems with my food ever until now. Please check your food before leaving.

I’ve never left a review in my life but today I got time. I used to like them but they have fell off. The food don’t come as you request it. I ask for well done meat they gave me what they wanted to give me. Then they tell me wait time is 30min I ended up waiting a hr for my food and I was the Second person to order when they opened at 12. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Go to Jerk Villa if you want jerk food.

I posted about this restaurant a year ago,,but I revisit the place,,I dropped it to 2 stars because I ordered on the phone and they didn't start on my meal until I got there so I had to sit there and wait for a long time,,,so that's that,,I'm probably not goin to come back here even though the food is good...

2 second time the food is very expensive and not worth the price the red beans and rice very salty and the meat the chicken very dry and old and you charge almost $25 for this food . And set it all off. You don’t even want to give a refund or maybe some fresh food. Close your doorsFood: 1/5

I have patronized this restaurant, two other times and the food was decent. Yesterday that changed when I received something that looked like it was out of a horror movie. The chicken was cracked and twisted, if you can just imagine that for a moment .. needless to say, it was not edible. I will not be going back.Food: 1/5
