Checkers - Chicago

I decided not to return to the restaurant because I wanted to order ranch and blue cheese sauce to go with my wings. When I handed my card to the server, she accidentally dropped it, which made it difficult for me to retrieve it. She couldn’t pick it up, and when I finally had a chance to get it back after a few minutes, she suggested I should go to her. It would have been more courteous if she hadn't accused me of making it hard to get my card back.

I have a fondness for Checkers. The burgers are your typical fast food fare, but their milkshakes are fantastic. I've never encountered a "sorry, our machine is broken!" situation when ordering one. The real stars of the menu are the crispy fries, which take me back to the mid-90s when Checkers was known for their deliciousness. The seasoning of salt and pepper is just right. I visited on a late Saturday night, and my food was still hot and well-prepared. The staff, although they looked quite tired, still managed to be polite.

Terrible! The food tasted fried, old, and greasy! We were so disappointed that we ended up taking it out and had to buy food from elsewhere. We were really excited to try it because their delivery drivers are fantastic, but I would prefer to stick with purchasing from other places as the food there tastes better and fresher.

Every time I came to a joke, I don't see what the whole hype is, maybe it was because I came later in the evening, but eating isn't worth the money, and it's not somewhere I would return, even if it was the last option, it's on the same level as maxwell street we just let you say that much sorry when I get someone with the maxwell streetting here we are insulted, but come

I made a Uber eats order of a fries lovers with 3pc tenders and a cheese champ with an extra patty and extra cheese. And they only delivered half of the fries and the 3pc tenders. I basically paid twice as much for the fries and had to make a second order to get my burger and a third order to get my fries since I thought it was ok and then again it wasn’t because I’m at work and hungry. SMH!
