Chief O'neill's Pub - Chicago

Just stopped in for a few drinks and did not eat anything yet we will be back to eat service at the bar was friendly and fast . There were a lot of seat available when we were there.

I was invited to a retirement party at this location and to be honest from the outside, it really didn't look like much. However, once I walked in the place was well kept and I was surprised by the beautiful outdoor patio. The buffet food served was absolutley delicious, fresh, and before the food trays even ran out, the waiters made sure to replenish the trays of food in a timley manner so that none of the guests walked away without certain sides. Waiters and staff were very attentive and demonstrated quality customer service. Overall, this place definitely is a beautiful bar with an amazing staff. This was my first time visiting and I will definitely be back. If anyone is looking to host an event at this location, it's definitley worth looking into. I will keep this in mind for a future event location. The only downside to this place would be parking for an event; otherwise it's a great place.

Great family business. Super friendly well trained staff. We met the owners who made us feel welcome. We were there on a Sunday and arrived just as there brunch was ending. We didn’t partake but it looked amazing. **** Bar, soups and apps we ordered were fresh and wonderful. Beautiful patio, great bar, extensive unique menu and immaculate restrooms. Great Chicago Tavern.

Neat place, but I had a terrible menu item and the server paid no attention to the fact that I wasn't eating it until the very end once everyone else was done. I could have used several more drink refills, but the server didn't come back for that either. The craft drink was good, but just too few. It's a neat looking place for sure, but I'd go elsewhere for better food and service.

My wife and I celebrated our wedding at Chiefs in June!Everything was exactly what we were looking for.The garden was beautiful, the food was beyond what we expected, and the staff just so well versed in what they do.They really made our day memorable.Working with Chrissy and Siobhan during the event planning was fun, easy and stress free. Even with all that ease, they delivered in such a professional way.Thank you so much!We’ll be stopping in for a pint soon enough!
