Feedback gevenHorrible. I went to pick up an order and didn’t want to give it to me because it was a group order and not only that I had serval things on my tacos and they missed them. My tacos were supposed to have pico de gallo, sour cream, guacamole,and serval other things I open my container and this is in it.
I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered through DoorDash. My dasher gets to the restaurant and they refuse to give him my meal. They said they already delivered it to me. And when my Dasher tried to resolve it with them he said that they weren't friendly at all and weren't willing to help. It's really not that hard to fulfill orders. Also what cowards. I go to call the restaurant directly to try to let them know that I had not received the order but it said caller not available. When I called the second time it went through an automated voice system. You can't even contact anybody at the restaurant for issues like this.
I have to echo other reviews. I have lived in several cities and ordered Chipotle in person and by delivery over the years and this is by far the worst Chipotle I've ever ordered from.Delivery: It's always wrong, they have never once got my order right. Items are always missing (sometimes a side of tortilla or a drink sometimes an entire burrito or a bowl). Once I order a burrito and they sent me a bowl instead. If you choose to order delivery from here, I highly suggest 3rd party apps so you can at least get a refund for missing and incorrect items I have had to reach out to DoorDash for my money back each time I got delivery from here. I also see drivers wait for my order for 5 10 minutes. They often cancel because they're sick of waiting and a new driver will be assigned. Today the 3rd driver delivered my food.In Person: They are always missing items that are on the menu. If you order a salad you'll be eating it dry, they NEVER make the salad dressing at this location. They are also so incredibly rude. They will ignore your requests for a side of something and you'll go to check out and the cashier will have to get it for you. They also seem very rude to each other. The place is super messy and just so poorly run.Eat here at your own risk, I know I won't be anymore.
I’ve lived within walking distance of this location for over a year and I love Chipotles food. But wow is this location awful. Over 6+ visits I find that the locations is perpetually understaffed, resulting in slow and frequently rude service. The food quality is also poor—found 4 of avocado stems in my guacamole today. And don’t even bother ordering ahead online. It won’t be ready on time.
I arrived at this restaurant at approximately 6:48. When i got in line i was expecting a fresh and delicious burrito since i had just got off my 12 hour shift. When i got my burrito i requested a certain item multiple times but they ignored me and didn't add it. Then when it came to checkout the cashier was very rude. I thought i would let it slide since it was a long day for most according to the loom on every employee face. That's when i went to go sit down and all the tables and chairs were dirty. I went to sit down at the cleanest table i could find. That's when i unwrapped the aluminum foil covering the burrito and the burrito broke apart. The burrito was very poorly mad and low effort. Then the rice didn't taste like rice. It tasted stiff and unusual. My exceptions for chipotle are usually high but for today they're very low.
