Dolce Lifestyle Cafe - Chicago

My husband and I have been frequenting this restaurant for breakfast since we relocated to Chicago. I can’t say enough about the quality of the service and the food. The breakfast platters are extraordinary, and the desserts are indulgent. The pastries and assortment of breads, toppings, and sausages are truly impressive! The prices are great, and the staff is lovely—always friendly and engaging. We highly recommend trying the pretzel croissant sandwich and the poppy seed French toast, but even their simple Austrian two-egg breakfast is spectacular. Just a small note: please be considerate of the staff when visiting with a large group (like 8 people) at 11 a.m. on a weekend. Be patient; it’s definitely worth it!

Liked it a lot. Small diner atmosphere with friendly service. Everything is super-fresh, from home made baked goods to specialty dishes. Prices are fair, too!
