Free Rein - Chicago

Eating was incredibly simple and disappointing for the price. I had high expectations, but it seems that they spent most of their investment on the inside instead of their menus and foods.

The service was terrible. the waiter knew nothing, could not answer a single question. I never brought coffee we ordered. one of our meal times, which was asked for another side, did not properly understand or apologize or repair. he had an espresso shot, came back with a cappuccino. would not recommend it to anyone.

We had reservations for the last Saturday at 18 o'clock. we came and found out that the restaurant was closed for a party. when we told a hired person that we had reservations, he went to the manager. the manager never showed up. we didn't get any notice that there was a party. we haven't eaten there, so I can't comment on eating.

It was Valentine's Day. the restaurant was full and well understated. our server was pleasant, but had many tables. many hard services in the room sound so much echo. the good. eating was well prepared and properly cooked. the plating was very nice.

The restaurant was beautiful and the food was good. The service started our good but we rarely saw our waitress although it wasn’t busy and also did not have anyone refill our water, which we all needed.
