Garrett Popcorn Shops - Chicago

The only downside is when they run out! When I asked a close friend what she wanted me to bring her from Chicago, she immediately said, "Garrett Popcorn!" I had never heard of it before her recommendation. Luckily, there are plenty of these shops around Chicago. During my visit, they had a fantastic promotion: buy one classic tin, get one free in support of breast cancer awareness. I chose their famous cheese popcorn mixed with almond caramel. They’re renowned for their unique combinations and even allow you to create your own. While I was waiting in line, a guy in front of me from Boston couldn’t stop raving about this popcorn. He recommended a combo that turned out to be spot on. Now you know what a great souvenir to bring back from Chicago—Garrett's Popcorn! Just a tip: if you forget to pick some up while you're in the city, there are shops at the airport, but only in certain terminals and concourses, so be sure to PLAN AHEAD!

Every time my family comes to visit we have to buy some popcorn! We love Garrett's because we always enjoy the flavors they have, today while I was waiting in line I saw it said kettle corn was back. Never got a chance to try it before so I bought some along with our regular Garrett mix. I'm excited to try some when I get back home!

Garrett Popcorn is a must-try when you're in Chicago—it's truly a local tradition! I sampled the cheese flavor and absolutely loved it. The service at this location was great as well. Additionally, their small size portions are quite generous. Enjoy!
