Feedback gevenJust left this location and the girl at the front was rude and messed up our order. I ordered half a dozen and she didn't put the correct bagels in the bag. We only realized when we got home.
I placed a large DoorDash order this morning, and one of the bagels had what appeared to be a piece of rubber from the cream cheese spatula. It could have been really dangerous if someone had swallowed it. I called the store to inform them, and the woman on the phone simply said "thank you" and then hung up.
The food was very nice and clean, and served hot. I rated the service a 3 because, although it was my first time there, the young lady who took my order wasn’t very pleasant. The other young lady who checked me out also had a chance to make a better impression, but they both seemed worn out and stressed. Hopefully, my next visit will be better!
Made my last trip. Impossible to get an order right. They constantly get confused about which bagel is yours. Total mess. Won't be back
Both times I’ve been to this location the bagels were undercooked , like doughy even when toasted well done . also they only have about half of the selection of bagels compared to other locations… isn’t this a chain ?
