Insomnia Cookies - Chicago

Ordering of doordash or ubereats cannot remember which. insomnia called us to say they were from the ice that we order and asked for a replacement taste. we are also sent the wrong size. they sent a smaller size and the ice was ok. the cookies were average size not a decent size for the price. the cookies were not spectacular and I will not try again.

I give this place five stars because the quality of cookies is quite awesome. the price point is not bad for what they work in people there are kind. a great little place to stop before they go to my favorite coffee shop and bring them a little tasty with me.

I gave this restaurant 2 stars because the cookies are really good. However, the app functionality is poor and does not allow customers to track their order status. Deliveries are often marked as "supplied" prematurely, causing confusion for customers. Drivers do not always communicate when they have arrived, leaving customers unsure if their order has been delivered. The automated text updates are unreliable, leading to frustration when trying to confirm the status of an order. Customer service is also rude and unhelpful, making this a disappointing experience. I will be avoiding this Insomnia Cookies location in the future.

The restaurant smelled amazing, but upon entering, we found that they only had a limited selection of items available. I ordered the 12 mini-cookies, which were given to me in a small torn bag. The service offered at the register by the gentleman was not very friendly.

All cookies are made with margarine rather butter to cut costs, even the brownies. I would never use margarine to bake cookies at home. Why would I pay a crazy high price to buy cookies made with margarine?
