Lugano's Pizza 2 - Chicago

Absolutely terrible. The food, the atmosphere, the whole experience was unpleasant. I really don’t understand how they’re still operating. It's nearly impossible to find parking near the restaurant without going through an alley and driving down a very questionable street. Seriously: how are they still in business???

This place is terrible when it comes to service and delivery time. No one should have to wait more than an hour for pizza, especially when it's just five blocks away.

Never ordering here again, last night we ordered pizzas for delivery they took forever so we called and they said someone called to cancel our order but it sound like they were having a party. Very irresponsible business.

Pizza is really good but the staff are really slow they will will tell you the time you need to be picked up and once you there they give you more time to wait and they sometimes for get about your order
