Mcdonald's - Chicago

It's 5:30 AM, and the lights are on with employees moving about. Although their hours claim they are open 24 hours for drive-thru service, they rarely are! The staff seems incompetent, often ignoring customers, and their attitude is off-putting. I made eye contact with one employee, hoping to inquire if they were open, but he said nothing. Instead, he looked at me, murmured something to another team member, and just walked away. I typically avoid this McDonald's for these reasons, but I was starving and it was the closest option.

This McDonald's is fantastic and bustling. Even when there are long lines, there are usually plenty of seats available thanks to the high volume of online orders they process. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is pleasant.

The food is consistently not fresh, and the wait times are always lengthy. The fries are undercooked, and the dishes seem hurriedly put together, resulting in a taste that suggests they've been sitting out for too long. Overall, I would rate the food a 1 out of 5.

These people slow can't even close a pop and the fries have no salt LOL and the spicy chicken sandwich ain't even spicy like yall slow or sum ??Food: 1/5
