Feedback gevenLove the orange chicken when it'd freshly cooked. After a while of being under the heat lamp, the chicken crust starts to get hard. Not stirring the food frequently enough to prevent it.
I was the only customer in the drive thru. Ordered 2 plates then tried to order one more at the window. The cashier said “you have to go around” I replied “why? You can’t just add it on there?” she said “no cause I can’t add it to the order anymore” which then I replied to just charge me a separate order then she said “no go around”.The staff here is rude unprofessional. I would of understood if they were swamped with customers but I was the only one in the drive thru there was only 2 people in the lobby. Train your employees! if they don’t like their jobs then they shouldn’t be working in the customer service setting.
First I would like to say that I don't want to leave any reviews, much less negative reviews for a place. I'm not a karen. I can solve a problem with a business by their owners/employees friendly and unstoppable and continue over my day. however, this panda Express location continues to disappoint me and I think I will stop here. my first visit was about 2 weeks after the opening, rejoiced to house a panda express 5 minutes. they gave to my eating the guy before me, who went, ignorantly took my order with him, and they wanted to give me someone else to eat. I left empty hand before payment. there were several other mistakes since this first visit: do not give me a menu item I ordered, and give me twice an item I ordered and forget another, or overload me. Today was the last stray. I ordered 1/2 fried rice, 1/2 white and they gave me noodles instead of fried rice. how can one location make so many mistakes? they have to bring them together. don't go here if you have a short lunch break as I did. they always seem to be from rinderbrokkoli and I always wait. Sure, I could order something else, but I'm going there for that. overall disappointed by this place. I think I'm just staying at the locations Addison/Sacramento or rosemont. they have their act over there, it has never been made a mistake on my order.
This place always adds too much cauliflower and sellery to my chow mine. it is literally 50/50!
Placed a pickup order of 5:15 to be picked up at 6:15. I came at 6:15 and was told that the chow mine was not ready and it would be another 5-10 min for my eating. I was already irritated because I had a personal training at 6:30 a.m., which I must pay for whether I go or not. the plan was to get food for my wife and child and then run into the gym. Now, I come home with the food and as I go out the door, the woman shouts that the order is wrong and we lack the chow mine, the original holding. I'm angry and so I'm going up again, looking for a manager like a crazy man and asking for fresh food and a refund (because I was already $55 for the gym.) the manager changed my whole experience, was super nice, made sure my order was corrected and was refunded to me and even offered extra food. she did everything she could to ensure that I was satisfied, and in a world of karen, that is hard to do. she deserves a raise in salary.
