Potbelly Sandwich Shop - Chicago

The atmosphere was fantastic and the food was delicious. It was a rare occasion when everyone in the family was satisfied with their meal.

I enjoy dining at this restaurant, but when I order online, I am unable to add any special notes. This caused my sandwich to be dry as I couldn't request extra mayo and mustard.

Out of the seven people working behind the counter, only two were wearing masks, leaving their noses exposed. The large sandwiches were served with a side of potential COVID exposure.

Ashley is great in customer service and recently I was also angie. they are both great workers to appreciate and keep for them. the website has to be fixed so that entries are placed and ready for collection also.

Ashley is amazing! I’ve been going there for over a year now, she knows me by name and is always sooo friendly! Love her!
