Feedback gevenThe food was as expected but the staff seems under trained, because they kept letting sandwiches pile up at the end of the oven. I was surprised that I actually got the right sandwich. Albeit slowly.Staff was extremely unfriendly. After the person punched in the amount at the register and told me the total, she walked away. No confirmation of payment, no receipt, no thank you. To make matters worse, they charge a 3% service fee for this kind of service.
It’s fine for lunch if you’re on the pier, and since it’s a chain, you know what you’re gonna get. However, this location is always very slow and they tend to be out of a lot of ingredients often.
Had the wreck sandwich with the works . It was excellent . Hadthe food at Potbellies at Navy Pier . Nice
I ordered a sandwich got nothing right on it. lady in front of my specified she was allergic to mushroom but they continued to put it on her sandwich. the other worker looked annoyed so i didnt want to bother, seems like hes used to it smh
Can't rate the food because I didn't end up with a sandwich. I went up to the counter and the employee just stared at me. I waited and he said nothing, so I asked for a turkey avocado. He didn't say a one word back or really even acknowledge that he heard me. I just saw him grab bread, so I waited to see what would happen next. I waited and waited. I saw him chatting with one of his coworkers. I had no idea what was going on. I kind of shifted to the other side of the counter and looked over. No one asked me anything. At this point, I was frustrated cause I was trying to download the app and figure out a way to get the sandwich I was ordering count toward getting a freebie. There was nobody behind me or in front of me, so I just decided to leave without saying anything. Guess I'll have to wait til my next trip to try some other location. Bummer.
