Ramen-san - Chicago

My server Ingrid was amazing and very knowledgeable with the menu. I’m torturing myself right now by going through the keto diet so going out to eat with friends has been very hard lately, in comes Ingrid to save the day by helping me answer a few questions of ingredients of some of the items on the menu to help me make a decision and suggested a few things for me to try and ended up loving! Atmosphere, service, and food were great! Love the hip hop in the background also!

All the buns are delicious, my son kept ordering more as we enjoyed the nuggets and wings. The food comes out quickly. I had the crispy chicken ramen which was fantastic. They have a vast whisky selection and have happy hour with discounted food and cocktails. Parking can be hectic but it's Chicago so that's normal. Enjoyed the staff immensely, they work as a team and never seemed bothered by us constantly ordering more food for our large group.

The food is excellent, but the front of house operations leave much to be desired. Expect to wait at least 15 minutes for a table, even if you arrive on time for your reservation. The service is reliably acceptable, but it lacks friendliness.

The food is good and the service is nice. It is a bit pricey, but definitely worth trying if you're looking for delicious ramen.

Ramen is sooooo delicious! We have had the kimishi fried chicken the one with wontons too was so tasty! They are all so good! We visit often
