Empty restaurant on a Sunday night. Server was very friendly, but our entire experience was a complete disaster. Bread service (charged 12 dollars) was stable. Salad ordered was fine, but 10 minutes after it hit the table, our entrees arrived. My NY Strip had to be sent back three times and could not be saved. Potatoes were not seasoned for any reason, and the Mac and cheese could have been fine if it were not ice-cold. If I'm at Outback, I'll leave all this slide, but not for a $250 meal. The manager showed up, but just made it worse with his arrogance and indifference. Stay away from Shulas Chicago!
