Sink Swim - Chicago

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! Every aspect, from the service to the delicious food, the decor, and the drinks, was fantastic. I started with ceviche and clams as appetizers, and for my main course, I had fish and chips, while my friend enjoyed the scallops. Everything was incredibly tasty! The fish was so tender it practically melted in my mouth, especially with its buttery coating—it was truly delightful. I highly recommend Sink/Swim, and I will definitely be returning!

This is my go to place for decompression and relaxation, the fish in chips are the best in Chicago and the $1 oysters after 9pm no matter what day are always super fresh.

Everything exceeded our expectations. That was a pleasant surprise. Being acquainted with Chef Danko's skills, we came in with really high expectations. The pastrami cured shrimp and beef and oyster tartar alone are worth coming back for.

I dropped in for a quick late-night drink and dinner. As soon as I entered, the staff promptly attended to all my needs, providing exceptional service. The shrimp toast, BBQ shrimp with fennel and apple, and pasta were all incredibly fresh and delicious. The oysters were immaculate, exceptionally fresh, and beautifully presented. You won’t be disappointed!

Go eat the oysters, caviar toast, beef and broccoli, seaweed potatoes, gin cured salmon, gjetos custard, garlic panisse, pickled muscles, beef oyster tartare, fish chips, charred broccoli, the pellet gun and the old fashioned. then die happy, I'm writing this from the grave.
