Cashier/ cook insulted my name when I gave it over the phone. Never experienced that while patronizing a business establishment. Didn't even apologize when I mentioned it in store, but doubled down and restated the exact same insult. I don't pay money for ignorant opinions of a personal nature. I was a regular customer but not anymore. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

I would consider their shrimp good but not great. There is too much breading, and the sauce is nothing to write home about. I think this is a tradition in this area, but I don't get the hype. There are better options close around there for shrimp, unfortunately. This isn't one of them. Hence only three stars for me.Food: 3/5
