Starbucks - Chicago

Fantastic Starbucks location in downtown Chicago, conveniently located from the Loyola water tower campus. Spacious open interior with an abundance of seating options for any situation. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. A relaxing spot. Offerings are just like you would find at any Starbucks. Full range of beverages along with pastries and breakfast sandwiches and other food options. Highly recommend this Starbucks location.

Great service. Baristas are friendly and skilled at making great drinks. The shop is spacious with both table and stool seating along the window. During busy times, it can be though to get a seat. Highly recommend this location!

Honestly, I would much rather support small coffee shops considering starbucks is a massive chain. However, I do stumble in here from time to time. This particular location has extremely friendly staff and its ALWAYS super clean. The staff is always cleaning, organizing and making sure all is presentable. For some one who recognizes service details, it's very nice to see. Cheers to the staff here!

Nice location and perfect view in the middle of nice Chicago.

I 'm a regular Starbucks user and grab their coffee mugs when I visit cities. I had more than enough points and stated I wanted to use points for the purchase. He used my balance, and I again stated I wanted to use points. He said, I didn 't know, and greeted the next guest. When they were prepping my drink, I noticed they used milk instead of half and half for my Americano. When I mentioned it, they said it says cream on the cup, that 's what 's in it. I rolled with it but will not be using this location for the remainder of my trip.
