The service was slow and it was not busy at all. my food took a while to come and it was cold when I got it. the decor is beautiful.

My friend and I have booked chicago for my 25th birthday. I have chosen sx skybar for my birthday brunch. we arrived there before our 12 o'clock reservation on 8 march 2020 and were randomly sat by this person who wasn't even the host. she told us, "seat wherever we wanted." we wanted to change our table on this other empty table, which we then asked our server crates if it is possible and she said no because he has already booked for someone. it's funny because these people were also on another table and just pulled on the empty table where my friend and I wanted to sit.

Eating was cold, the whole restaurant was quite cold. the service was really bad when they just opened, we arrived at 11:15 o'clock and they opened at 11am. we had to look for someone who puts us. tipps for management: I would recommend to get the restaurant together in two hours before opening. second time with a bad experience with service. although the place is beautiful, I will probably not go back

Aubree the manger was amazing as well as the hostess. It was my first time I must say I loved it. Service was great
