Taco Bell - Chicago

The Mexican pizzas were served cold and soggy, making them unappetizing. I managed to eat half of one, along with two Dorito tacos, while my girlfriend had half of her burrito, and her son ate two supreme tacos. We all ended up with food poisoning. This is simply outrageous.

The delivery driver mentioned that there were only two employees working around 7 PM, which seems odd since it's still dinner time. I ordered two Doritos Locos Nacho Supreme Tacos, but the shells were stale and hard. The taco meat was cold, and the flavor of my Cheesy Gordita Crunch was disappointing. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this specific Taco Bell location.

The young boy at the drive-thru was awful; he seemed completely uninterested in taking our order. We waited in the drive-thru for 25 minutes, and he even closed the window on me and forgot to hand over our two drinks. When we got home, as shown in the pictures, there was hardly any meat in our meal—just a mountain of cheese, lettuce, and tomato. It was a terrible experience!

Did not serve us, lied about their hours and was extremely rude to us and swore at us when we tried to purchase food. Horrible experience and they should be
