The staff was friendly and the decor was lovely. The ice cream tasted great, but the portions are quite large, so I recommend sharing with someone. I expected to get two Oreos in my ice cream as shown in the picture, but it only had one Oreo cut in half. The lemonade and donuts were excellent, and you can customize your drink!

I ordered the Thai iced tea, brown sugar bubble tea, and Cookie Monster ice cream rolls. The tea was a bit weak in flavor, rating it a 7 out of 10, but they did provide a generous amount of boba. Considering it's a bubble tea shop, I expected it to taste better. However, the ice cream was delicious, and the seating area was quite pleasant. Additionally, it's one of the more affordable bubble tea options in Chinatown.

I ordered the cheese bubble waffle, but it came without any cheese on it or inside the bubbles, so I think my order was mistaken. It was really disappointing because I was hoping for a sauce or something to go with the waffle, but the staff was too busy to ask for a correction (plus, I was starving and would have eaten anything at that point). On the bright side, the lychee strawberry tea was delicious! It was quite sweet, but I really enjoyed it. I would definitely return! However, I did notice that the tables along the wall with the benches were quite dirty, as were the bathrooms, although I was glad they at least had a restroom available.

Oriental Tea in Chicago’s Chinatown is a true gem, offering high-quality bubble tea. The lovely and tranquil decor sets an ideal ambiance for spending time with friends, even though seating is somewhat limited. The durian milk latte with bubbles and the lemon tea are particularly noteworthy for their exceptional flavors and quality. The ability to customize sugar levels enhances the overall experience. Surprisingly, the inclusion of coffee in the durian milk latte makes for a delightful and unexpected treat. This is a must-visit spot for bubble tea lovers! Just be aware that parking can be difficult to find.

This place is always amazing for a drink! I particularly love the number 22, which is served in a large size and includes passion fruit, grapefruit, and orange.
