Terrace 16 - Chicago

I had a moment that I thought this place turned out to mediocre expensive hotel dining but I was wrong. We give it another try and it didn’t disappoint us. Food is outstanding. Scene is breathtaking. The service was out of the world! I especially recommend their charcuterie board with their wine- you would not be disappointed!

When ordering at 7:25pm and getting the food at 8:55 after inquiring 3 times, a fair resolution is not 15% off what a joke. All we ordered was a cheeseburger and a ceasar salad plus a sprite and a diet. Would not recommend to ANYONE!!!!

Views were amazing. Like top patio view in Chicago. The seafood tower, steak and vegetables were all amazing. It was getting super cold on the patio and the doorman went all the way to Nordstrom to buy us sweatshirts. Superior service.

I was not that impressed with this location, especially for the price. I didn't like the layout, at least inside as the views are very obstructed.Food was OK, but my drink was not that impressive.There are certainly better places in Chicago for a nice meal.
