The Clipper is great! No bullshit, laid back, real neighborhood chill spot. Nothing on tap, smoky, no food. Normal reasonable prices. Just simple bottle...

Fantastic spot on the way to pierogie fest. Nice ac, plenty of space, good bathroom. Tough to ask for more in a tight spot.

Awesome bar and really friendly staff, had a live jazz band playing that really set the Chicago mood I was looking for.

Went for a show on March 2nd and it was really fun! $5 cover at the door, and then they now accept credit cards at the bar. Cool atmosphere, plenty of free parking nearby, and great drinks. The French 75 is strong but delicious! Sometimes there can be aline around the corner but it moves pretty quickly. Had 15 people in front of us and were inside within 10 minutes.
