The Dime - Chicago

The service was terrible and the food was even worse! The 50 dollar tower is filled with ice no flavors were available but the regular margarita flavor. We were pressed to leave at least 3 credit cards and IDs with the server as if we were gonna take off and run before the food even arrived! I really don’t know why she needed 2 cards it was only 11 of us. Yes I did read reviews before I came and there were good and bad reviews this restaurant was also recommended to me but my recommendation is to never come back if you want flavorful food and tasty drinks that actually taste like your drinking a drink and not juice and ice this is definitely not the place!!!!

Ordered a salmon handheld sandwich that was falling apart. Also would have liked a cocktail list. I just ordered a regular vodka soda which I drink at home. would have like something else to choose from.

The food was mediocre, and the menu was limited. The wines on the menu were only by the glass, yet there were several good wines by the bottle displayed. The service was a bit slow as they were clearly short staffed. The music from the adjoining bar was too loud. This venue has tons of potential under the proper management

The Chicken Parm was amazing and the waiter/bartender was super fun and provided terrific service!

Great food, great service, great ambience. The Dime is back!
