The Gage - Chicago

Our excellent waiter, cinnamon, recommended the muscheln appetizer. she said it was enough for one to escape, and she was right. the cuddles were medium, sweet and super fresh. the saffron-based broth was perfectly seasoned. kim also recommended the watermelon gazpacho. I'm usually not a fan of cold suppe, but I had a taste and it was delicious. her keilsalat also looked good. what is a meal without dessert? at the gage they are huge (like gibson’s). we ordered the peach basket for two, and it would have served easily four. freshly baked, served with a hill of premium vanilleeis and cajeta caramel sauce. that is one of the best desserts I ever had (and I had a lot of it).

Had just an hour to enjoy a bite and drink before a show. this was a return visit to the gage. it was memorable last year, and so good this time too. the ambiente is classic and beautiful. several employees have kept the tables in the eye to ensure that water was always plentiful and tables deleted. it was well taken care that the declarations for taste profiling are also offered to ensure that it is what I look forward to ordering. they enjoy a beautifully cooked Scotch egg, which was tasteful and sparkling rose that was delicious. they say they turn their cocktail list for the seasons, this rose corresponds to the season of my opinion. I enjoy this love for detail. we look forward to returning again.

Great place to eat and drink in the city! a lively gastroub also on weekdays, with live music and local beer cocktails served by friendly, energetic bartenders. a wonderful bar and cocktail area, with a closed terrace overlooking the millennial park. I had a wonderful experience with dinner and drinks at the bar, and experienced hands-down the best scotch egg I ever had!

Astounding scotch ei — finally found one I can recommend. the huh kiew is to die for good (not with butter, but still sensational). drinks were all beautiful and the personal was all fantastic, from the hosts to the servers to the bartenders - everyone goes beyond and beyond. the lamb was dropped off the bone. the salate was layered. I would definitely recommend this place!

We came here around lunchtime and it was great. Wonderful cocktails and the chicken Vesuvio was amazing! My husband got the adult grilled cheese and he liked it a super minor thing is that the menu didn’t mention arugula in the sandwich which he doesn’t like, and it was kinda tough to remove. We loved it though and would for sure come back!
