TOCA - Ritz Carlton Toronto - Chicago

The location and restaurant were lovely. The food was honestly not that great. The food was severed luke warm and the service was a bit slow (maybe staffing related).

Excellent service, and a great brunch menu. One of my favorite places for Sunday brunch.

The overall service received did not feel like a 5-star hotel restaurant would serve.

The staff at TOCA treated us like family. Their menu knowledge, and genuine interest in making sure our dining experience was enjoyable was unparalleled. Luis especially went all out and the culinary team surprised us with a celebratory dessert platter not once, but twice when they later sent more treats up to our room. The food was delicious and loved the attention to local and imported high quality ingredients. We will definitely be back.

We all thought the foods weren't worth the money. The Ritz Carlton any other countries are gorgeous hotel but not the one in Toronto. I couldn't understand why the hotel put the fake tree in the lobby, too.
