This is old school, feel good vibe and food. Frank Sinatra knew that.. he had the ribs flown to the west coast. Hollywood knows this… they film movies here all the time. You should know it… now you do. Ask for the “prohibition sauce”, if you don’t want spicy.Food: 5/5

The servers were kind and the seats were comfortable. The brown sugar bbq sauce was pretty good but the ribs were small for the price, and seemed somewhat dry and not seasoned. The beer was okay but lukewarm, and the onion rings tasted like they were cooked a few hours before I arrived.

Twin Anchors is the home of arguably the best ribs in the city of Chicago. This establishment has a vast history of serving some of the most influential people in Chicago’s history and has stayed consistently in the top ranks of some of the best restaurants in the area.
