Wabi Sabi - Chicago

The food and service were excellent. However, adding some decorations could enhance the atmosphere and make it feel more inviting.

The veggie sushi we ordered off the menu were excellent. Unfortunately, no ginger, and wasabi came in a packet (and was not good).Service was excellent and friendly. We were the only customers in the restaurant, but the server took his care of us.They are not offering all you can eat sushi.

Sushi tastes worse than grocery store sushi. Ramen tastes worse than instant ramen. Some of the appetisers are fine, but is not enough for more than 1 star. Staff talks about customers while they are eating which can be uncomfortable if you can understand what they are saying.

I went on a Sunday afternoon, and it was pretty slow, which was exactly what I was hoping for. It’s small and has the family run restaurant vibe I love. The service was excellentand the all you can eat was definitely worth it.

What a charming spot with delicious food! It was a bit quiet during my visit, but the interior decor was very stylish. It appeared that only one person was working tonight, but he did an outstanding job. The prices for the authentic sushi were excellent.
