Feedback gevenI have been a loyal customer of Costa Liscard for many years and have always shared photos of my visits on Facebook. However, I was recently denied service for taking a photo, even though it is not against the law. This experience has taught me to be more cautious when taking photos in the future.
Shockingly they refused me access to the toilet despite being 8 months pregnant, lovely cafe just up the road very kindly obliged.
Travelling through from Hampshire to Kent on New Year's Day I discovered the public toilets in Midhurst were all locked! On a long journey this is an essential requirement so I was very thankful to find there was a Costa Coffee open at the top of North Street. A very welcome break we enjoyed coffee and cakes and were happy to find the cafe and WC facilities very clean and well taken care of. This is a stop which I will be making in future when on that journey not especially for the use of their toilet but for their kind welcome, warm atmosphere and tasty treats
I visit this restaurant often for a quick coffee break as I live nearby. The coffee and other products are great, no complaints about that. However, there is one employee in particular who has never greeted me, smiled, or said thank you. She is always wearing a braid. It would be beneficial for her to improve her manners and customer service skills, or perhaps consider a career change. Thank you.
The restaurant is practical and usually provides quick service, although there may be some shortages of cake and food in the afternoon. Depending on the server, there may be an accumulation of empty or dirty plates/cups and the wifi can be sporadic depending on your location. However, don't let that deter you as this is what you would typically expect from a Costa.
