The Charcoal Grill - Chichester

I was craving a half-pounder and it was delicious, but it came with a small portion of cold chips. I live just 7 minutes away from the restaurant, so the chips should have been hot. This isn't the first time this has happened, and I think it's because they are served in a silver tray next to the fryer and do not retain their heat. Despite this issue, the staff was friendly and the prices were reasonable.

THEVIES. This place robbed me. When I checked my spending in the morning I have 2 transactions, first one was for £11.30 and the 2nd was for £8.50. I only bought a lamb shish. THIEVES. DONT GO HERE.

We had a bad experience. Food was cold. It wasn’t good value for money and was delivered nearly two hours after ordering with no apology. We won’t be going back again.

The only place I order kebabs from in Chichester. Oh, and the pizzas are great too. Delivery is always swift and the food hot

My partner had fish and chips fish all brown and didn’t taste nice chips all hard I had a lamb doner meat was ok pitta was rock hard d you couldn’t eat it no sauce when I asked for it hardly any salad and no cabbage or cucumber I had chips too all soggy and had no taste will not be going here again do not use this place
