Whistler's Fine Fish Chips - Chichester

The worst fish and chips we have eaten. Everything was over cooked, chewy and dry. I can’t understand how chips could turn out so badly. Such a shame we had high hopes. I think it may have either been re-cooked or perhaps old oil used.

Just bought some chips at lunchtime and they were clearly recooked.Had to throw them away Will not use this fish and chip shop again.

The worst service and experience. We’re told it would be a 15 minute wait, we waited just under 40. No apology for the wait once we eventually got the food. Once home, the items we ordered were burnt and wrapped awfully. Would never go go and would not recommend!

Visited on a Friday lunchtime as a walk-in. The place was busy (a good sign I think), the staff were engaging and bantering with the customers. Food came within 10 minutes of ordering and was proper tasty, especially the chips! Definitely boosted my morale.
