Kfc - Chickasha

We came from out of town to see the Festival of Lights and before heading home, thought we'd drive thru and get dinner. They must have had a skeleron crew that night because we waited in the parking lot for 40 minutes for our food. The manager was polite, but waiting that long for fast food wasn't in our plans. The food itself was good, but the box of fries that was in it only held about 1/4 that it should have. Not sure if we were jipped or they ran out of small boxes and gave us large ones and put a small amount of fries in. We don't live in Chickasha so we won't be back anyway. Hope they can get their act together.

Placed an order through the app. It showed the order would be ready in 12 minutes. Got there and they are out of original dark meat. The place had only been opened for an hour and it's a Sunday at lunch. How do you not have enough chicken cooked. This isn't the first time this has happen. But it will probably be the last. If it wa isn't for my father in law who loves KFC I would never go there again.

We ordered 8 chicken littles, 3 Mac and cheese, and a pot pie. My husband waited 15 minutes for the food and once we got it back to the hotel there was one spork, only one order of Mac and cheese and all of the chicken littles were just bread and stale chicken. No sauce, no pickles.

I ordered original recipe and received crispy. This KFC never seems to have fresh original recipe. I know the difference I used to manage KFC in New York. This is truly a disappointment!

I ordered a 6 piece chicken dinner, I was supposed to get a 5 piece chicken nuggets for free because I spent $10 or more and the sides were really small, I was not pleased with this order, so I don't know if I will order from KFC
