Chipotle Mexican Grill - Chico

The dame with purple/red hair was incredibly rude today. she was so glacial and just threw food in my bowl. there wasn't someone in there, so not sure why she rushed me so rudely. I never had a bad service. When I opened my bowl, everything was crushed on one side. the guacamole looked great, but had no salt or any taste. but I can treat this every day about their rudeness.

I liked chipotle. I always felt like I got a flour for a reasonable price. in the last few years I have seen that the prices rise and portion sizes go down. for approx. 10 mice they get a few pieces of meat and a lot of salad in their bowl or burrito.

It was tonight at 7:30 a.m., at least 7 people. only 1 man who goes into order waited 5 minutes while they all run around to fill the product and talk to each other / laugh. No one looked so much at us, or said to be with you in a minute. their customer service is sucked. will not be back.

Why even a preorder? the order was not even made while everyone was served in the line. chronological records should be ready at this time. it was placed an hour before picking up.

Drive Thru is extremely slow. Rather than having cars pull around when their order is not yet ready, they let them sit at the window for 10+ minutes while everyone else's food gets cold.
