Subway - Chico

I wish I had got the name of the young man because the service was incredible tonight. 5 sandwiches, less than 10 min. Friendly and really a pleasure!

The staff was really friendly. I mean really kind. I don't remember the name of the guy, but he was super helpful and friendly. The sandwich I got was pretty good and I enjoyed it, I wish I had got the foot long. I liked it was clean too. Great place, 5/5.

My fiancée took our three-year-old daughter to this store to get food for our family, and while the employee had an attitude with him and was rude. When he asked what his problem was, the employee told him: "Nothing and if you have a problem, then we can meet later (aka he wanted to fight my engagement). I'm not okay with this experience, especially my three-year-old daughter. That was very unprofessional and not okay at all. I will definitely file a complaint and make sure that something is done. This is a liability and subway must handle it.

Terrible!!! I ordered some Flatbread pizzas and it was not cooked and had no sauce or cheese. It was just cold pepperoni on cold Flatbread folded in half.

If you're in the mood for a quick sandwich, Subway is a decent option. However, the ingredients aren't always fresh, and it can be a bit expensive. They also don't accept coupons, which is a bummer. The line can move very slow, especially during lunchtime rushes, because they're usually understaffed. One thing to keep in mind is that there are often homeless people hanging out near the entrance/exit. While they're not necessarily doing anything wrong, it can be a bit off-putting for some customers.
