Oh boy, oh boy best service ever at a subway. Your worker Kellen just simply made my day, the moment we walked in Kellen brightened my day and saved me from a day of sorrow and complete ruin.
Incompetence, poor customer service, rudeness. They don't know how to process a Subway Gift card in the Subway app. Oddly the customer ahead of me found out they wouldn't accept the subway coupons and she smartly left two foot longs. They took away my salad and threatened me. It is obvious by the reviews on Yelp that this is not new their poor service and not treating customers properly. Their franchise license should be taken away. Shame on subway for not monitoring these types of shops. I didn't even want to give a star but you can't write a review without. The store is dirty. The workers weren't follow protocol and washing their hands before starting an order.
The staff member is super nice!!! We had an amazing lunch. He wished us a good day in our language!!!
